I was always getting into something crafty ever since I can remember. Art was always the best therapy for me. I thought it was just a hobby until I ended up with my BA in Spatial Arts. During my studies, I worked with a variety of mediums. I fell in love with metalsmithing. At the time, it seemed unexpected to me that I would end up making jewelry. However, looking back I remember how much the pieces I wore meant to me. Whether it was expensive or not, each piece I wore had incredible sentiment. They were priceless. Now, it seems so appropriate that I am creating these pieces. I hope the pieces I make will hold the same value for someone special. That's what art is to me.
